'Wild and Scottish' is a small enterprise of enthusiastic folk foraging 

 Scotland's coast, hills, heather and highlands. Our ingredients are 

 wild in spirit and grow wild in nature. We seek to buck up your 

health, tantalise your taste buds and touch your soul with the most 

natural, local and seasonal produce on offer in Scotland.
